Unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
Exchanges
For a different size or color, place a new order and start a return on the original — we'll prioritize your replacement.
Refund eligibility
- Items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging.
- Final sale items, intimates and personalized pieces are not eligible.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective items
If a piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at support@ecozrz.com with photos. We will cover return shipping and replace or refund the item.
Store credit
Store credits never expire and can be used on any future order.
Processing times
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return and reflect on your statement within an additional 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
